Earlier accident has been cleared.  All lanes are reopened to traffic flow on southbound I-95 at Caton Ave.

The far left lane is still blocked from earlier accident.  The three right lanes are open to traffic flow on southbound I-95 at Caton Ave.  Still major delays prior.
