OVERNIGHT PERIODIC LANE CLOSURES ON CAMPBELL BOULEVARD IN WHITE MARSH FOR THE WEEK OF FEB. 17
Improvements part of I-95 Express Toll LanesSM Project

WHAT:  Weather-permitting, construction on the I-95 bridge over Campbell Boulevard during the overnight hours will involve periodic, 15-minute full closures in both directions of Campbell Boulevard between Honeygo Boulevard and Franklin Square Drive.

WHEN:  The full road closures are expected to occur Monday, Feb. 18 through Thursday, Feb. 21 between midnight and 5 a.m. the following morning.  Motorists should expect closures for a period of 15-minute intervals between midnight and 5 a.m.

WHY:  Work is part of the Maryland Transportation Authoritys (MDTA) I-95 Express Toll Lanes (ETLsSM) Project and involves the reconstruction/widening of the existing I-95 bridge over Campbell Boulevard.  Campbell Boulevard will be widened to five lanes -- two lanes in each direction and a new center left-turn lane into Nottingham Square -- for improved traffic flow.  Campbell Boulevard.

The Campbell Boulevard improvements are part of the $142.6 million project underway by Cherry Hill Construction of Jessup, Md., to reconstruct the I-95/MD 43 (White Marsh Boulevard) interchange.  The entire I-95 ETLs Project is expected to be complete in 2014.   For more information, visit I95ExpressTollLanes.com.
