WORK TO RESULT IN TEMPORARY OVERNIGHT CLOSURE OF RAMP FROM SOUTHBOUND I-395 TO NORTHBOUND I-95 THIS SUNDAY

 

WHAT:            Weather permitting, the ramp in Baltimore City from southbound I-395 to northbound I-95 will be temporarily closed to traffic.

The detour route will direct motorists to southbound I-95, to Caton Avenue (Exit 50), to northbound I-95. 

WHEN:           Sunday, Oct. 5, from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. the following morning.                                     

WHY:              Work is part of the Maryland Transportation Authoritys (MDTA) two-year, $66 million project to remove and replace the existing concrete deck (riding) surface and roadway joints on mainline I-95 and the ramps serving I-95 in Baltimore City.
