SINGLE-LANE CLOSURES ON CURTIS CREEK
DRAWBRIDGE (I-695) NEXT TWO WEEKENDS
WHAT: Weather-permitting, single-lane closures will occur on the Inner or Outer Loop of I-695 across the Curtis Creek Drawbridge south of the Francis Scott Key Bridge. Only one lane closure will be in effect at a time on the Inner or Outer Loop. Drivers may consider I-95 or I-895 as alternate routes.
WHEN: The single-lane closures will occur between 7 a.m. and 3 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 13, Sunday, Dec. 14, Saturday, Dec. 20, and Sunday, Dec. 21.
WHY: Toll Dollars At Work. The lane closures are part of the MD Transportation Authority's (MDTA) $5.4 million project to clean and paint the approach spans on the Curtis Creek Drawbridge.
