* Commuter discount plans are available for customers with valid E-ZPass Maryland accounts driving two-axle vehicles. The Baltimore Regional Plan is $70.00 and offers 50 trips. The plan ends after 45 days or when all of the trips are used, whichever comes first.

New Toll Rates at I-895/Childs Street Ramps & I-695/Broening Highway Turnaround Effective Jan. 1, 2016:

New Toll Rates

The Maryland Transportation Authority (MDTA) is providing new, lower toll rates for trucks using interstate toll facilities to access the Fairfield, Masonville, Dundalk and Seagirt Marine Terminals. Beginning Friday, January 1, 2016, vehicles with a valid E-ZPass Maryland account and transponder will pay $2 per axle for 3, 4, 5 and 6+ axle vehicles to use the I-895/Childs Street ramps at the Baltimore Harbor Tunnel or the I-695/Broening Highway turnaround at the Francis Scott Key Bridge.
