BALTIMORE, MD – On Thursday, Sept. 6, the Maryland Transportation Authority (MDTA) Police arrested two Pennsylvania men who were in possession of eight illegal firearms.

An MDTA Police officer stopped Damion Orlando Fray Jr., a 21-year-old male from Philadelphia, Pa. and Kody K Freeman, a 23-year-old male from Upper Darby, Pa. on I-95 in Baltimore County for operating a vehicle while using a cell phone and for the driver not wearing a seatbelt.
